These are very interesting.  Can you post more views of them?  Also, how do you hold them in use?  They look similar to spokeshaves used in wood, but seem to have a different blade orientation.  Are they antique or modern?  (Sorry for all the questions, I have just never seen tools like them, in captivity or in the wild.

 These scrapers are of my own design. They are made from horseshoe stock from a farriers supply. I make them from time to time. If interested I can be reached at bdavis1975@comcast.net. they are inspired from a draw knife. They are shaped to accommodate the profile of a powderhorn.  They are extremely sharp when using a good kitchen steel
