Beautiful horn, classic style, color and execution. Nothing quite matches them. You are fortunate to find this on; they don't show up that often. The split in
the spout is all too common and next to impossible to repair by simply gluing the splits and forcing the horn back together. Doing that is fighting the spring tension that has built up and the split will pull apart. The best was seems to be to turn it over to a master Horner and let that individual handle it. Doing this is not a simple matter and requires a lot of knowledge and equipment.
Again just as nice as they get, thank you for bring it in.
