Found this horn with an amazing eagle on it. Carving is very fine and detailed. It is signed Cheri Hopkins ‘78. Any know this maker and is it 1978 or older in your opinion?

Not an antique if 1978. You might have better luck posting it in the contemporary accoutrements folder.

Look like one to me, that being said, I believe that Cheri was a very talented woman!

??? ???... there was a fellow named "Doc" Hopkins over around Gatlinburg TN who made pretty darn good lookin' rifles back in the late 70's - early 80's,... might be his woman... don't know what ever happened to them,.... CCF,...
