Hello! I was building my family tree and my 4th great grandfather is William N. Beals from my mothers side of the family. I found this photo. Is there anyone here that current owns one of his rifles or know where this display is at in the photo? I’d love to see one in person one day or even purchase. Maybe there’s a long lost connected family member in here as well? Thanks so much!

I have a very nice iron mounted rifle that is marked W.B that some has said could possibly have been made by him .

Hey Albert, Any chance to see some pictures of your WB rifle? Would love to see them and I would think that the OP would like to see them as well.

I like the molding on the cheekpiece of this Beals rifle.

The picture with the rifle in the original post is at the Museum of Appalachia, Clinton TN

I think Brain Barker had an original William Beals rifle at one time.
