I'm sure it will cost a fortune. Don't care. I need one!

Pretty darn slick. Hope he makes one for the GRS and that I can afford it. ;)

OMG -- looks like a bazillion dollar vise -- only for people with DEEP POCKETS ;D
-
If you have to ask, you can’t afford it. I love clever engineering and beautiful work.

Feel like I saw one in use this summer, at Kempton or CLA perhaps? Good to put a name to the product.

This is nice.
Well you have to do a lot of engraving if you invest up to $150 just for the jaws + about $500 for an engravers vice.
But I'm sure it is worth the money if you're a professionel.
Though the concept isn't brandnew it's extremly beautiful:

$150 is just the down payment. It gets you in line to get one when production starts. It is not the final price. My guess is that it will be much higher. His tools are expensive but they are extremely high quality.

Must be me.....but I prefer buying anything knowing the price up front. If these guys are smart enough to engineer this piece of equipment, then they are smart enough to determine what their cost to make is, and their "wanted" profit margin and sell accordingly.

Thanks for posting the video, Greschi. Not only get to see a super restoration but get to see precisely how it was constructed.
