I have been pulling guns out to clean and it got me thinking about some that I bought for cheap and got some pleasant surprises and some not so much. So I'll do both. to start the $375.00 1763 Charleville, I would just like the to thank the person who did the description. Now it's not perfect it's reconverted not bad a few wrong screws and part of the front stock from the middle band forward has been replaced, a crack repair at the tang and and they never mentioned it was a Charleville. So would you have bought this gun? It went for opening bid and it is as I bought it and I was shocked when I opened the box.
