Made this last week to mark pin holes for tennons and pipes. Best used on octagon barrels so I can’t say it’s better than dividers, but I’ve seen one like this used and thought I’d make one. Scrap wood, 10-32 all thread, washers, and wing nuts.

Great idea.
Add a bubble level and it should work equally as well on round barrels.

I like that idea and will try it. Have a Trade Gun build to start with the octagon to round barrel.

Made a similar version of this today, pretty slick and simple. Thanks for putting this up, sometimes the simplest of things are the best.
