I’ve seen this rifle on Gunbroker a couple times, item 980557138. Is it a Soddy Daisy? I’m not buying it, have too many wall hangers. But…?

I just looked at it,and with my limited knowledge of Soddys in particular, I wont say.
It Is a very interesting old iron and the architecture is very distinctive, kinda attractive in a way to me personally.
Thanks for mentioning this.
I'm not interested but someone might be.

Thank you John! :)

Nothing about this gun looks Soddy to me. Thanks for drawing it to my attention just the same! :)

I think the word is "shoddy" petunia.

The fitting for a false muzzle indicates it was a target rifle. Probably for schuetzen. Brass fittings, so doesn't look TN to me.
What other regions had the distinctive butt shape with a ridge from the pistol grip to the butt?

Nothing on this gun looks Soddy to me. Shoddy yes....More of a cobilization of parts in my opinion...

I'm not an expert but I have looked at a lot of Soddys. This is not one of them in my opinion.
