Title: Anyone recognize this signature/maker ??

It is on a rifle which is probably VA/WV.  The name looks pretty clear but it's an unknown to me.

I haven't seen the name, but the silver barrel inlay with the "arrowhead" finial reminds me of the VA guns by Jonathon Willson.
