I can’t find any reference to this maker in western PA. Maybe he was in OH?

It is Peter M Thrush from Hampshire County, West Virginia. He was a late maker here and some of his rifles do not look like our other rifles. Do you want to sell it, if so PM me?

Mark is correct, it looks like a Thrush to me as well.
