Title: E. Boone rifle Berks County PA

What is known about E. Boone gunsmith from Berks County PA ?   Any other photo examples ?  Dillin's book, The Kentucky Rifle 1924 has this photo and a few others.

I have done some research on Berks gunsmiths, and I don’t believe I ever saw a maker by this name in Berks. I would be interested if any documentation is found. I saw that photo before, and wondered whether the gun was actually signed or whether this was someone’s attribution at that time.
