Good evening all
Heres the two 40 cal smrs I started in Aug 21 and finished this past week.
Lock on fullstock is a Longs unit
T othern is Davis Golcher

Looks like fine work to me.The double dovetailed sights are good looking and a lot of work if you don't have a milling machine.

Bob, I bouhgt a couple end mills for my floor drill and cut these and all dovetails with them using a cross compound vise.
its WAY better on the hands than the usual process.

Yes,much easier on the hands.Who made the triggers? They look like some of mine...maybe.

OK,those are good triggers made in the USofA.I was in the shop looking for?? the other day and can't revive any interest in making any thing,Plenty of material but no ambition.My get up and go has get up and gone and I miss it most between dusk and dawn ;D ;D ;D.
