Hello to all: went to a flea market this past Saturday and found this nice pouch: seller thought it was a pocket book: it even had a rifle flint in it: she said it came form a house in Milford, CT: any thoughts on the maker: it is a well made pouch: enjoy, sk

Wow, right place, right time!

My sister-in-law has insisted for over 40 years that I should make hunting bags and market them to women for purses. I keep telling her no woman would pay half of what a goofy old man with a beard would pay for one of them. ;) ;D
-
thanks: you could market them as designer bags and charge for it: the flint that was in the bag appears to be a French style and not English: it's not often you find bags for sale at flea markets: horns yes but not bags: even though it is not very old it was still nice to find it: sk

Looks like a nice functional bag. Its good to be lucky.

it was raining on an off and we were not going to go: glad we did: she said the house had old Windsor chairs and such: would like to have been there to see what other stuff was overlooked: sk
