Post by: jim alford on November 08, 2024, 04:26:27 AM
Need some help identifying this pistol and aprox. value. It appears to be untouched. Several very small inspector marks. where would be the best market?  Thanks.

Jim,
It looks like it is a British Pattern 1842 Sea Service pistol.

Jim,
With the shorter barrel, I had figured it may be a coast Guard pistol.

Maybe google it and see what you come up with.
