What are these items mentioned in Samuel Grove juniors vendue list. Never heard of them.

Maybe those are modern "interpretations" of old handwriting that didn't quite get it right.

Looper is a surname from  northwestern S. C. Cheney Looper posted a Peden rifle on here once that is still in their family.  Britzer may be a reference to someone also
