Title: Your Go-To Souce for Brass Tacks?
Post by: Kevin on December 14, 2024, 05:01:10 AM
Greetings All,

I have an old horn that I am in the midst of copying.  The original's plug is held in place by 4 brass tacks with 5/16ths low dome heads.  What's your go-to source for solid head brass tacks?  I tried using the search feature here but it kept timing out on me.  It's been decades since the last time I went looking for such tacks.

Many Thanks,
Kevin

Like this, that's a 5/16 bit, they are the lowest done I have been able to find. How many do you want, may as well get more for the next one. If they will work send me your address end I will send you some. NC
