Title: Reconverting recommendation.
Post by: Robert Wolfe on May 05, 2025, 04:19:46 PM
I have an acquaintance with a pistol he would like to have reconverted. Can anyone give me some names of folks who are willing to do that kind of work? I you want to PM me that is fine.

Thanks,
Robert Wolfe

Good morning,
Off the top of my head, I’d give Lodgewood Mfg. an ask. If that outfit can’t (they might be backlogged), they may have other contacts.

Hope this helps,
James

Jack Brooks does excellent work, and a great deal of his work is in restorations.  Not sure what his going rates are, but here is his current website: https://jsbrooksflintlocks.com/ (https://jsbrooksflintlocks.com/)

Thanks all. That is probably enough to get him started.
