Been wanting to do this for some time. Been thinking about thinning the herd, maybe. But I wanted a few photos of what I still have of my martial arms. I had a few other Springfields that I was talked out of. Should have taken photos before letting them go.
I try and concentrate on just Springfields, but there are some other things mixed in. Hope that is ok.
My wonderful Grandson was available and helped me lug all these out, clean and put away, probably for the last time. Just something to do.

Been along time in the making.
Oldest is a French 1774 St Entienne, US Surcharge marked. Latest is……. I can’t say it here.
A 1795 from 1812, Cpl 1816's a 42 and many others. All the muskets are Springfield.

Edited by moderator due Civil War and later arms, but what a great display. And thank your son for me, for his service. -Ron
