Title: Sweet .28 SMR

Received this today. It is a sleek  .28 Flintlock Southern Mountain Rifle with 41.5" barrel. Unmarked on visible barrel. The lock has a symbol indicating builder.  Does anyone here recognize it?

The only marking I have seen for Doc Hadaway was different:

That looks like others I found. So, mine is still a mystery mark.
