  I'M VERY INTERESTED IN LEARNING TO ENGRAVE ON MY RIFLES, IS THERE ANY ENGRAVING CHISELS ON THE MARKET?

If you want to learn to engrave you need to study engraving designs and practice drawing them. Even very complex designs usually follow a simple pattern. Once you figure out how that works, everything gets a lot easier. I think practicing the design and drawing is probably even more important than practicing the engraving.

  The answer is my #2 Ticonderoga pencil. The second most important is the eraser
