I performed a brief search and read through several pages and found no specific reference to the barrel marks.
Barrel is a percussion 12 ga octagonal to round 36” with hooked breech.
The only mark or stamp is on the bottom flat at the breech. EDM 2584 (see pic).
I know nothing about this barrel. It is in like new shape and I plan to use it.
Does anyone know this barrel stamp?
Thanks.

Interesting. Patent breech with a drip rail.
I'd say antique English, or if not antique, styled that way.

Thanks Daryl. Like you, I believe the barrel is a nice reproduction of an English style percussion fowler. With no real information coming forth about this barrel, I am guessing the markings may be a date(?) 2-5-84 and possibly the initials of the barrel maker or original owner. After flushing and cleaning the barrel, it appears never to have been used. the breech and flash channel were filled with bug remains and dust as if stored upright since it was created.
Barrel ID is not overly important, I was just wanting to know if anyone is familiar with the stamps. No information has come to light.
Thanks again, Dan
