Does anyone know if Chris Laubach is still manufacturing his CNC machined Jaeger lock? Thank you!

Chris will soon have finished locks. I suspect a notice will be posted when orders can be made.

Hello,
Yes, we are currently making another run of these locks. We did make a few mostly cosmetic changes (I will post a picture) which will aid in CNC machining. We also made a "material" change to the frizzen that will eliminate a process. Here is a short video of the lock with the updated material (Tool steel). Once we have all of the parts in house from our CNC vendor I will let everyone know so if you are interested you can reach out to us...Yes, our website is under construction and we hope to have that up and functional soon. On a side note we "Hope" to have 3 maybe 4 other styles ready to start taking orders by the end of this year. More on that as the parts come off the Mill..... thanks!

I spend much of my time involved with CNC machine parts like these, and I can tell you that this is beautiful work!

The work and quality is fantastic.  Just wish someone would make lefthanded versions. :'(
Until then I 'have to stick to filing out my own.

Best regards

Rolf

Rolf,
Any lock we make we can and will offer a left hand version. However, in order to do this we need 50 committed customers. This is still a business and we have to be able to sell them. I tried this once before and if memory serves me… we only got to 28?.. So, I will create a list and once we get to the number needed we will gladly make a left hand run👍

Thanks
Chris
