Title: Looking for info on a builder by the name of Workman, Clearfield Pennsylvania

Has anyone heard of a builder named Workman from the Clearfield, Pennsylvania area?

I live 25 minutes from Clearfield. Do you think he would be percussion era?

Yes, he certainly would have been from n the percussion era.
