They say the older you get, you start to lose it.  I think it's opposite for you.  That is one nice horn!

Thanks Scott. I kept the first copy I made 12 years ago and I can see some differences. At 83 a bit of the "shakes" have set in. Still enjoy the horn work though.

 A Beauty John, you haven't lost a step, unfortunately I know what you mean about the "shakes". I have always been a fan of the braided stopper keepers that you do.

The scope of this kind of work boggles my mind. I can’t think how much time is spent on layout to make it all fit together as it did on the original.

Such beautiful work. John is one of the very finest Horn makers and is a real inspiration.
