Title: 58 Caliber Flintlock Jaeger, Swamped Getz Barrel, Davis Lock, Triggers

58 Caliber Flintlock Jaeger, Getz Barrel, Davis Lock, Triggers. Swamped (tapered and flared) barrel measures 31" x 1.1" - 0.875" - 1" with a bright bore. 1:48 rate of twist. 46 3/4" overall length, 13 5/8" length of trigger pull, 2 3/4" drop at the heel. Davis lock, double set triggers, and side plate. Light coloring next to the side plate is natural wood variance. Curly maple stock. Antler nose cap. Sling swivel and stud. Sliding wood patch box. A few minor dents and dings from normal use. Barrel channel has been lightly bedded.  Weighs 9 lbs.  Dual distance flip up rear sight.  Engraved by Mike Roby.  Fully functional.

Yes, that is the underside of the barrel with a groove for the lock bolt.

Is the barrel bedding just to compensate for the barrel dimension variance?
It appears that I am the only real interested party for this piece at ALR for two months.
