Title: Barrel Testing Mechanism
Post by: runastav on September 24, 2011, 08:31:23 PM
Hi Folks!
Made me a mechanism for proof testing flintlockbarrels, regulatet over the torch-hole and the jet from the percussion cap will fire the load. See the photos, by the way the mainspring is made from a windowlift( BMW Car) wery good stuff ;)

That's pretty slick, Runar.    Sure beats lighting the fuse and running.  :)
