Past Nov 7 was a good day in the woods. About 745AM a nice doe came by at about 60 yards. I took her with my replica Zorger flint; 45cal. The good scent of the smoke hung in the air for a long time. She went about 100 yards. I gutted her and was back with the truck in less than a half hour and the crows and a buzzard were already there for their share. She will make some nice steak and bologna.
