I thought I would run this by the good folks on here.
My wife is the secretary of a committee to benefit a brave 6year old young man with brain cancer.
I thought there may be some interest in a good old fashioned meat shoot.
I was thinking Side Lock muzzleloading rifles off hand at 40 yards. We would shoot 5 or 10 shots off hand. There would be several strings of shots with elimination and a final single target shoot, much like seen in the movie Sgt. York.
We may have horseshoes, tomahawk throws and living history camping. We want this to be a good time for a good cause.
This is just a consideration at present. Please reply if you have any interest or suggestions.
