Title: what is the most common 45 cal round ball ?

I bought some 45 cal. round balls today... I don't own a 45 cal. so I have 8 boxes of speer .454" round balls... I don't need them so ??

440 & .445.  Ouse .457 in my Old Army.

John, Just new someone could use them... Had 6 boxes of 50 cal. and sold them already... I also got 2 boxes of 36 cal.

TC, Thanks just don't need them and hate to melt them down to 40's or 32's....

.454s are pretty commonly used in 1858 Remington and 1860 Colt revolvers, so maybe look for a CW buff, or take them to a 'vous or shoot in your area as trade goods and you could have luck in finding a buyer.

SCLoyalist, I guess I may post them over on the forsale area... Just wondered if they were something someone could use....
