A friend brought this percussion by. He would like to know the make, and when. I told him it looked like something from 1970's. Thanks

Those are Belgium proof marks on the left side of the barrel.

It looks like one of those Belgian made "squirrel" rifles that Turner Kirkland imported back in the 1950s and 1960s. Somebody may have added some brass to it here and there.

I'm not sure of it's value, but a guess would be in the $200 to $300 range. They weren't the best rifles and the aesthetics are unique to put it mildly.
