In a shop by me today I saw a Belgium proofed 14 ga double flint fowler. Over all great condition.
Locks crisp and Damascus twist barrels. What might that be worth ?

It is all a matter of quality even more than condition... Belgian doubles, flintlocks included, can be anything from superb to wretched. They were still making them with over-the-top decoration, of poor quality, at the beginning of the 20th century for the Afrrican and middle eastern trade.

Maybe $20 .... or maybe $200,000 ... or somewhere in between. Detailed, crisp, sharp images will help.
Impossible to determine worth with your somewhat limited description.
If the "shop" you reference is a pawn shop in a small town, likely the lower. If the "shop" is in LA or Dallas & specializing in firearms, maybe more to the mid-range. If the "shop" is in London, specializing in antique arms, likely upper range.
