To compliment the post that Dennis has on this subject......How about we post some photos of poured pewter nosecaps on Southern Rifles here.....I have seen some pretty fancy ones...some of the best are the ones on half-stocks by the Gibson gunsmiths of Sevier Co. TN ...I'll start by showing a couple from original rifles discussed elsewhere on this site ......Show some pix, boys... !!! ..regards, CC Fiddler......
