In my interweb wanderings I came across this guy from Russia/Siberia, exceptional work, seems like these guns might be more common there.

I think there is at least one man on this forum that has made a Wheel lock.
The language appears to be Polish. I saw no Cyrillic characters in the introduction.

I found him on some site I had to to get translated from Russian. I'm barely versed in English lol, I guess I should have noted a lack of funky letters on his Facebook. The thread I found him in had some other locks said to be made in Russia, by small village Smith's, they were quite crude looking but they talked about them like they were fine and serviceable, it was interesting to say the least.
