Had a small horn with good color but not big enough so I decided to try this. Lid and base are maple from good friend,Woody. Acorn finial is from some old brass rod that I turned to shape.
Tansel style eagle with aqua fortis coloring to set off several areas of the eagle. Metal pins hold it in place.
