Title: Hog rifle
Post by: Carper on February 22, 2018, 11:45:23 PM
The last rifle I made before I was called into Mission work on Kodiak Island. #43. I gave it to the boy in the photo and he shot a nice deer that fall with it. Barrel rifled and furniture forged in my old blacksmith shop.

He'll be mighty proud of that gift, as he should be.  It looks like nice work.

On the other hand, you gave him (and us) a far greater gift in passing along our passion for the hobby.  Well done sir.  Well done indeed.

God Bless,   Marc
