Title: Hugh Toenjes long rife WOW

I got my new color catalog for the upcoming Cowans Auction and a couple of pages in I see a rifle built by Hugh for Douglas Lawrence Joy that will be fore sale in their Oct auction. 

I dont think that they have any pictures on their website yet for this auction.

Perhaps Hugh can post some pictures of this really beautiful cased rifle so we can get a better look at it.

Hi Snapper,
That rifle has quite a story in that it was stolen from Doug Joy but he recovered it several years after the theft.  He then stored the cased rifle under his bed for over 2 decades and it was only recently discovered by his daughter after he died.  It is in mint condition.
