Title: Maker George Seeley?

I purchased a rifle this past year at Ft. Frederick, MD. It is marked "George Seeley 1980". Is anyone familiar with the maker?

David I seen an handled a rifle by him this weekend. Will try to contact my friend who owns it.  Oldtravler
