Hoping the brain trust here can locate or point me towards color images of early Dickert rifles such as RCA 48 and 49 (4 part box pre Daisy) for an article I am writing. While on the topic, are there any known Dickert rifles with wooden boxes?
thanks! :)

I understand there will be a bunch of Dickert's at Mac Spencer's Morgantown Pa. show mid-Sept. A flyer with dates and location is posted on AlR 'Upcoming Shows'. Should be an excellent time to see and talk about this famous gun maker. HIB

There was a number of early Dickert rifles (at least three) in the President's display at the KRA show this year. The foundation usually has a CD available of the president's display. You could check and see if such is available. Check out the CDs from The KRA Foundation's web site.

Ron is correct. The Kentucky Rifle Foundation will have a CD out shortly that will have three Dickert rifles on it. Will be for sale at the CLA show in Lexington and on our website around the same time or shortly thereafter. The CD will be entitled "Moravian Made Rifles". It will have twenty one rifles from across the various Moravian communities, including North Carolina.
