Title: Do Jim Chambers line of locks use the same main spring?
Post by: nemovir on January 03, 2020, 03:39:20 PM
The mainspring on my Little Fellas rifle broke.  I contacted Jim Chambers and sent a picture of it, they told me to send it back and they will replace free of charge.  It’s on its way, but I thought I should order another one for the future.  I checked their parts list and there appears to be only one mainspring.  I have a another Chambers lock that not being used,  can I take the spring off of it and use it in my Little Fella’s lock?

Give Jim a call or e-mail him, it's the only way to know for sure.

Some share the same internals. Some do not. Knowing the model of the lock would help.

One is the Deluxe Siler and the other is Late Ketland Flintlock

They are open now, so I called them. Was told no, they are slightly similar.
