Comments:

Interesting little pistol, with lock and side plate somewhat out-of-scale for the small size of the gun. I see no indication of the gun originally having a longer barrel, but the large lock and narrow nose cap make me wonder if it might have had a longer barrel at one time. Neatly shaped grip with very pronounced "bird head" butt, perhaps "trademark" to this maker?? Attractive gun, and good addition to museum, particularly since it's signed on barrel.
