Title: Hardware storage
Post by: Red Owl on July 31, 2009, 06:35:11 AM
I just accidentally came up with this and it may help some. I'm making my own hardware- or at least some of it and I took a scrap piece of 2x2 and screwed down a toe plate.  I didn't want my newly made part getting dinged so I put the 2x2 with toe plate attached in a glass mayonnaise jar. I then did a cheek piece and put that on another side of the 2x2, then the same with the wedge plates. Nice thing is the parts are protected and the screws, pins, etc are right there.

Sounds like to much work for me. I keep all my parts in a cigar box. Ed
