Post by: yip on April 05, 2020, 06:12:48 PM
trying like heck to build a B/C pistol and finding a trigger guard that will be to my liking is a problem. and watching the K.R.A dvd and the ones pictured have no rear sight. is this correct for this style of pistol? any help?

Not sure of Bucks Co, but most likely smoothbore, so you really don't need a rear sight.  Not a target gun.  Like today, designed for self defense.  21 feet or less.

There is no rear sight on the original BC Verner pistol I recently presented.  But I installed one on mine, 'cause I need to be able to hit a mark out to 50+ meters.  The original pistol also had a very low barley corn front sight.  The breech tang screw is quite proud, and may have served as a rudimentary rear sight.
