Title: John Douglass, 1830s Jonesboro Tenn builder

Hello all. Any info on John Douglass, supposed to be a builder in Jonesboro,Tenn around 1830?

 :) :).. Mornin' Dave,... I know very little about East Tennessee rifles, but might say that William Douglas down near Parrotsville in Cocke Co. TN made some fine Tennessee styled rifles,... Was born in 1785 in North Carolina, son of John Douglas of Surry Co, NC, near the VA/TN borders.... might have earlier on worked in Sullivan or Washington Co TN,... hope someone else might know,... interesting question,.. regards,..
