A little larger horn at 17" around the outside curve and 14 1/4 tip-to-tip. The shape was so nice I hated to cut it down. The butt is Walnut, about 2 1/4", a slender horn held in place by the same four iron pins that hold the base band in place. The tip is two part antler three iron pins hold it together and three more hold it to the horn. The bands are also held with three pins each. The color is "Sea Green" milk paint, with a coat of Brown shoe polish.

Very neat Tim. It reminds me a bit of the Georgia horns with painted bands.
Like Ian and Ken's painted rifle, you got just the right combination of unique and tasteful.
I'll wager you won't keep this one long.
Nicely done. God Bless, Marc
