I've been finishing up a couple odds and ends projects while I get ready to make some more videos. This was a weekend well spent. Made a carrier for an old H&B tomahawk my grandfather had. Dyed the strap with some blackwalnuts from our farm.

Super Ethan! I wish I had the patience. Each of my axes/tomahawks have slings just like that made by ALR members. Handy as heck for splitting a deer. Very nice!

Thanks Bob! I find it very meditative, especially this year. Hopefully the deer populations go up in my lifetime and I can try my hand at it!

You dont have a good deer population where you live? Go to F'ship, and whack a deer. 500 acres to hunt as a member.

As a kids there were hundreds in our woods but now we see 6-12 a year, it’s a real bummer. I should go down to Friendship...
