Slender horn, 14 1/2" around the outside curve, 13 tip-to-tip. The Walnut butt is hollowed out about 3/4ths its length and is held in by 4 Iron pins, it is about 2 1/2". The tip is one piece of Whitetail antler pinned to the horn with 3 pins, it is 3 3/8ths" long. The 5 bands were heated and pressed/tapped on, then secured with 3 pins each. I had to made the two small bands from pieces of tips. The horn cracked when I was tapping the sizer in, last Pic. I trimmed some off and sealed the small part that's left by making the part of the butt that goes into the horn longer so it would support the crack. It is on the bottom, as in down side of the horn so it is not easy to see.

That's a very cool banded horn. Everything comes together nicely in my opinion. Love it.
Thanks for sharing,

Even with the small crack, it looks a fine horn to me

Even with a small "boo-boo" your horn is better than most peoples best effort ever.
