Anybody know of a source for a one inch ball mold? I just bought a British wall gun. I have not received it yet, so I don't know the exact bore size, but thought I would start a search. It's supposed to be just a tad over an inch.

Jeff's son is running the business now, that Jeff passed.
4 bore is 1.052".
Best to gauge or measure the bore, then decide on ball size required.
I own 5 of these "Tanner Moulds" and all are excellent. I spray the interiors with a moly bullet coating/lube.
They are .595", .677", .710", .724" and .740". Tell him what size you want bored and done deal.
This moly coating allows easy release and will not allow alloyed lead sticking to the blocks.

I got a 0.990" from him several years ago. It works well. I think his son is carrying on with the business.

Do the Tanner molds fit Lyman handles?

Yes and no. I had to file some off the sides of one of my handle's tines to fit, but other wise, yes.
The also fit the long-tined newer Lee handles, seems to me.

You have no idea how close I came to buying that wall gun. ;D

You should be able to get a 1” round ball sinker mold from a retailer that sells equipment for deep sea fishing. I have owned a canon, and a swivel, one in 1-1/2”, and one in 1-1/4”, and got molds for both this way.
