The Pix tell it all but here are the details. It is about 14" around the outside curve not counting the stopper and 11 1/2 tip-to-tip. The butt is Cherry about 2 3/8ths" held in buy three Iron pins. It is tapped 1-1/2-6. The tip is horn and the collar Whitetail antler, both pieces are threaded 5/8-11 but the tip itself is pinned to the collar.
Carla's attention to detail and fine strokes make this horn a piece of art. Not traditional but very nice to look at.

Must be nice for an artist to have a supplier of decent canvas so close by..... :P
I agree. Her best yet. Awesome.

Great job from both 👍👍👌

Tim,
Your canvas is great, as usual, but Carla made it spectacular.

That is truly beautiful.

If I owned it I would never put powder in it. I would proudly display it 24 hours a day!

You certainly would not drag that horn around in the woods. It is like a "Sunday go to meetin" kind of horn. Just terrific...........JZ

Beautiful painting, especially the leaves, and the black background for contrast is excellent

Wow that is fantastic painting. I love the detail of the flowers and vines. I wish I could paint a little bit but my hands are way to shakey.

That is stunningly beautiful!

Just wonderful.

Very appealing horn. Great work by both of you. I'm with Pikelake. Looks like a Special occasion horn or maybe for a "well to do" person.
Cheers,
Ken

Eeeeeeyow. Stunning. It reminds me of New England antiques my great aunt used to buy. What super art you two create. God Bless, Marc

Stunning - leaves me at a loss for words.
What type of paint does she use? She sure knows how to apply a brush in the right spots.

It all works together just wonderfully. The subtle curve in that horn adds to the magic.

A stunning piece! Reminds me of a Venetian “Lewis and Clark” trade bead. You are both talented artists. What other media does Carla work with?
