That is really neat. I"ve been looking at this for 10 minutes trying to figure out the how. Guessing thick bands put on a round horn, then everything filed to flats between them and the flats and bands filed into each band? If that's not it and you fit flat sided rings onto a flat sided horn you've got Penn & Teller beat by a mile. :o

Yes sir i first filed the horn in octagonal shape and after i made the bands on it
