Title: Storage horn?

Picked up some horns at a show some time back. This is the first one I’ll post. Storage horn? Measures 24” along the curve. Could be a carry horn but a lot of horn hanging off the side. End has a simple carving that I suspect was done latter as well as the furniture pull on the end.
